v0.1.0 Alpha -> Beta

v0.1.0, the biggest update yet. Moving the game out of Alpha, to Beta.

Note that this update will probably have a lot of bugs, I do plan to fix them as soon as found.

Whats new you may ask?

1. Total Ticks Counter for new potential upgrades
2. 17 New upgrades
3. Entire new layer, Rebirths.
4. Added 2 new tiers
5. Changed how tiers are displayed, T1 = I, T2 = II, so on.

Bug Fixes:

1. Savefile should no longer crash, if it does run the other attached file called "SaveFileFixer.py"
